Dr. Papanicolaou Board Certification

Orlando Cosmetic Surgery, LLC wishes to congratulate Dr. George Papanicolaou for his passing the oral board exam given by the American Board of Plastic Surgery on his first attempt!  Dr.. Papanicolaou is now considered to be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, as well as by the American Board of Surgery.  Great Job!

Goofy Challenge at Disney!

Dr. Orlando Cicilioni has been using his spare time to train for a marathon.  This coming weekend he will attempt the Goofy Challenge at Walt Disney World.  This consists of two races.  First a Half Marathon on Saturday, January 9th, and then a Full Marathon on Sunday, January 10th. 

The weather forecasts expect freezing temperatures.  Dr. Cicilioni is quoted as saying, “Instead of calling it the Goofy Challenge, it should just be called down right Crazy!”  However, he loves running and it has been his ambition to do this since performing his last marathon at Disney one year ago.  Dr. Papanicolaou will be covering the practice during the 3 day festivities at the race.

Physician Recertification! Dr. Cicilioni

Orlando Cosmetic Surgery, LLC is pleased to announce tht Dr. Orlando Cicilioni has successfully completed both recertification exams for the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery this past year.  Recertification exams are required every 10 years for Maintenance of Certification (MOC) by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Dr. Papanicolaou will be hosting a Botox Party on Friday night, November 20, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at our office. Participants will enjoy light refreshments and a reduced rate on Botox Cosmetic during the event.

Missionary Trip to Mexico!

Dr. Cicilioni just returned from a Florida Hospital Shares Cleft Lip and Palate Missionary trip to Villahermossa, Mexico. There, he and his team partnered with a local plastic surgeon, Dr. Celia Carrillo, to perform 42 surgeries on medically needy children. This was Dr. Cicilioni’s 10th missionary trip with the Shares Foundation.
